You see 2 of 4 microphones, the bass mic and the overhead microphone. I use a matched stereo pair Rode NT-5a. They are connected to a Zoom handy recorder, where I use the L/R capsule to capture the acoustic in what seems to be my garage ;) I chose this way of "improvising" and playing live due to having tried and tested (and failed) quite a few ways to implement a unique in-game language into Crest.

Oskar has been occupied with a lot of things really, working to get the android build for Among Ripples up on Google Play for one thing. We're almost done with that by the way, so it should get up next week. Other than that Oskar did some work on how to generate new followers (what we mortals would call procreation), remember his post about greed and goodwill the other day? This is how new followers with their own credo are born.

"Greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right, greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit."
These words, said by ruthless businessman Gordon Gecko in the movie Wall Street is a memorable scene from a movie that does not really have all that much to do with our game. I mean, it's a movie about stockbrokers and our game takes part in the ancient times where people haven't even got a currency system.
If you can overlook that slight mishap I'm going to clumsily segue into my post about game design and talk about greed. Greed and its opposite, goodwill.
